Who is Courtnee Camile?

I’m Courtnee Camile Akinlosotu—a Life Stylist, Certified Personal Trainer, and the visionary behind Creating Confidence.

Choose Yourself.

That’s where everything begins.

My brand is built on one belief:

All roads lead to confidence.

Not something you wait for.

Not something you hope to find.

But something you build—intentionally, daily, and across every area of your life.

Mind • Body • Style

Confidence isn’t one-dimensional—it’s layered.

I help you transform through three core pillars:

Mind — how you think, show up, and lead yourself

Body — how you move, build strength, and develop discipline

Style — how you express who you are outwardly

When these align, everything shifts.

Your presence changes.

Your energy changes.

Your decisions change.

What I Do

Through Creating Confidence, I offer a full-scope approach to transformation:

  • Confidence Coaching — reconnect with yourself and how you show up

  • Personal Training — build strength, discipline, and self-trust

  • Personal Styling — refine your wardrobe and visual identity

  • Custom Design — create one-of-one pieces that tell your story

Some come for style.

Some come for fitness.

Some come to rebuild their confidence.

But all leave with a stronger sense of self.

This Is More Than a Service

This is about becoming.

Not just looking confident—but living it.

When you commit to your growth, move with intention, and express yourself fully—

you don’t just change how you look…

you change how you show up in your life.

My Journey to Authority

I was born a creative and a go-getter.

From a young age, I had a natural eye for style, color, and creative direction—but I was also drawn to movement, discipline, and the connection between the body and confidence. Through sports and extracurriculars, I developed an early understanding that how you move and how you feel are deeply connected to how you show up.

At The University of Alabama, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Retailing, I refined my understanding of style, branding, and identity. As a member of the Lambda Zeta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, I spent years on the step team—an experience that strengthened my discipline, physicality, and confidence.

After graduation, I built my career across several fashion brands, including Charming Charlie, Francesca’s, and Fashion Nova, developing a strong foundation in merchandising, branding, and consumer behavior. I later earned my Master’s Degree in Luxury and Brand Management from Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), deepening my expertise in brand strategy and the emotional connection people have with what they wear.

But my evolution didn’t stop there.

After getting married and having two children back-to-back, my relationship with my body—and my identity—shifted. In early postpartum, I made a decision to recommit to myself. Through discipline and consistency, I lost 50 pounds and rebuilt my strength from the inside out.

That transformation solidified what I now know to be true:

The body is not separate from confidence—it’s foundational to it.

Today, as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I help women and men—especially those in rebuilding seasons—reconnect with their bodies, rebuild discipline, and restore confidence through intentional movement.

Custom Design — A Layer of Expression

My custom work was born from the same place as my styling—a desire to create what doesn’t exist.

Using unconventional materials and bold concepts, I design statement pieces that allow you to be fully seen. Every piece is intentional, expressive, and created for moments that deserve more than ordinary.

Because confidence doesn’t always whisper—

sometimes, it’s meant to be worn.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

Whether you’re stepping into a new season, rebuilding your confidence, or ready to show up differently—

you’re exactly where you need to be.

You don’t have to wait.

You don’t have to figure everything out first.

You just have to decide.

Choose Yourself.

Because confidence is created, Not bought.

And from there…

everything else follows.
